“During middle school, high school, and college I was riddled with spinal injuries due to sports and exercise — from my lower back to my neck. As I have aged, I have used inversion tables and various traction devices to reduce spinal pressure, discomfort, and pain. It has been a lifestyle for me for decades. I started yoga classes with Terri to help with my flexibility, but I found immediate benefit to relieving my spinal pressure and discomfort. By learning and practicing these yoga techniques, I can reduce my spinal pressure and discomfort while at work and on travel, without the aid of inversion tables and traction devices. Terri works with each student to find their comfort level but encourages each student to push themselves a little bit more each session to expand their physical potential.”
