Get Unstuck – Beginner Yoga

No need to stand on your head, bend like a pretzel, or wear fancy yoga clothes. Simply bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, and begin your journey to better health. New and continuing students will learn breathing techniques to calm the mind and fundamental principles of yoga to strengthen the body.
Lose the Stress – Gentle/Restorative Yoga

Chronic stress, anxiety, and unresolved trauma adversely affect our bodies. Learn how to let go of stress with breathing exercises, gentle yoga poses coordinated with the breath, mindfulness practice, meditation and restorative poses. Students of all levels and abilities are welcome.

This class is designed for students with chronic health conditions and pain or those recovering from an accident or injury. Students calm their minds with breathing techniques, meditation and practice sitting and standing poses using the chair for stability to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. Modifications are provided for each student’s individualized needs.
Kid’s Yoga and Mindfulness (by appointment only)
Customized yoga and mindfulness lessons for kids of all ages. Breathing techniques and yoga poses are used to teach strategic ways to self-calm, reduce stress and strengthen the body. Classes are designed for kids experiencing anxiety, stress, anger issues, ADHD and/or other special needs. Contact Terri to set up a class and discuss your child’s needs.
Private and Small Group Yoga Instruction
Does your injury, illness, or special need prevent you from attending a typical yoga class? Or do you have a small group of friends that want to practice yoga together for better health?
