P4PH (Pause for a Peaceful Heart) simplifies self-care so EVERY body can stop stress, transform emotions and balance the body throughout the day with video practices that address various emotions we experience. Students learn how to do the B. E. S. T. they can through BREATH work, ENERGY healing, STRESS relief techniques and methods to tame THOUGHTS.
P4PH guides the way, but each student is responsible for listening to their body and staying in their comfort zone. It is recommended to consult your physician and avoid all practices that are contraindicated for specific health conditions. Do your B. E. S.
