Customized EMYoga and mindfulness lessons for kids of all ages. Breathing practices, energy medicine self-calming techniques, and yoga poses are used to teach strategic ways to manage stress, reduce anxiety and strengthen the body. Classes are designed for kids experiencing anxiety, stress, anger issues, ADHD and/or other special needs. Contact Terri to set up a class and discuss your child’s needs.

Is this class for all levels?
Private lessons are customized according to individual need. All levels, ages, genders and abilities are welcome to participate in lessons.
Parents are encouraged to participate with their children to learn the techniques as well so they have the tools to support their children on a daily basis. Consistent practice yields the best results.
