EMYoga™ & Qigong
Energy Medicine Yoga is a practice that combines ‘yoga’ with ‘energy medicine’ to balance the body’s energy system. Students learn how to utilize simple movements such as tapping, tracing meridians, massaging acupressure points, and breath-work to move stuck energy, release pain, and change habit fields for better health.
Qigong teaches us how to listen to our body, remain in the present moment and choose health over dis-ease.
Chair EMYoga™ & Qigong
This class is designed for students of all levels including those with chronic health conditions or those recovering from an accident/injury. Students calm their minds with breathing techniques, meditation and practice sitting and standing poses using the chair for stability to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. Variations are provided for each student’s individualized needs.

Tai Chi Easy™
Chronic stress, anxiety, and unresolved trauma adversely affect our bodies. Tai Chi Easy is a self-care mind-body practice to promote good health and peace of mind through a moving meditation that rejuvenates the body. A sequence of balanced, relaxed postures is practiced while focusing on the breath and present moment awareness to calm the mind. Appropriate for students of all levels and abilities.

Private/Small Group Lessons & Workshops
Students who have injury, illness, or a special need that prevents them from attending a group class can request personalized online lessons directly with Terri. She personalizes the practice and guides the way for students to learn how to manage stress and balance body.
Small group lessons are also available for friends/co-workers to practice together and support each other for better health. Lessons are available for both children and adults. Together students learn simple techniques to calm mind, manage stress and strengthen body, especially during challenging times.

Kid’s EMYoga & Mindfulness

Customized yoga and mindfulness lessons for kids of all ages. Breathing techniques and yoga poses are used to teach strategic ways to self-calm, reduce stress and strengthen the body. Classes are designed for kids experiencing anxiety, stress, anger issues, ADHD and/or other special needs. Contact Terri to set up a class and discuss your child’s needs.
